Authors should consult <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines\">Springer\u2019s authors\u2019 guidelines<\/a> and use their proceedings templates, either for <a href=\"https:\/\/resource-cms.springernature.com\/springer-cms\/rest\/v1\/content\/19238648\/data\/v8\">LaTeX<\/a> or for <a href=\"https:\/\/resource-cms.springernature.com\/springer-cms\/rest\/v1\/content\/19238706\/data\/v5\">Word<\/a>, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The page limits are <strong>8 pages for short papers and 16 pages for long papers<\/strong>, including references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit your paper using Easychair to <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences?conf=qcai2026\">https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences?conf=qcai2026<\/a> by or before <strong>October 22, 2025<\/strong> (Anywhere on Earth, UTC-12)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Camera-ready instructions for authors<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings, please consider the reviewers\u2019 comments carefully. Please also take into account that you should obtain permissions for any material you want to reuse. Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springernature.com\/gp\/policies\/editorial-policies\/third-party-permissions\">Springer Nature Third-Party Permissions<\/a> for further information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The corresponding author should sign the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1VHmDB9uep-cnCx8sewg7mW_A15-AcnYa\/edit?usp=share_link&amp;ouid=100432807666050503782&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">Springer License-to-Publish<\/a> form. Digital signatures are not allowed, you should scan the signed form into PDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the camera-ready version is complete, you should upload it to the Google form, whose link will be sent to the authors of the accepted papers. The form will ask you to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The title of the submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The full list of authors in the order they appear in the paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The corresponding author and its e-mail address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The source files of the paper in a ZIP file (for LaTeX users) or Word file (for MS Word users)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The final PDF compiled by the authors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The License-to-Publish form signed by the corresponding author<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If LaTeX is used, the ZIP file with the sources should contain all the LaTeX sources needed to compile your camera-ready paper, including any .bib\/.bbl files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our publisher implements an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors, and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the publication of the proceedings.
